What will you be doing?
The ongoing training and development are designed to prepare our Associates for a successful transition into our Private Wealth Advisor role.
Consistently exceed your quota by growing, retaining, and prospecting clients within your jurisdiction.

Spend most of your time on the phone engaging with clients.

Conducting market research into the relevant country, demographics, and clients’ requirements to ensure that every conversation adds value first.

Be responsible for a combination of new business development and managing existing clients across a region.

Leverage our training resources and support to build and hone the essential IFA soft skills –networking, prospecting, sales & presentation, as well as studying towards your qualifications.


What do you need?
Interest in pursuing a career as a Private Wealth Advisor.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and think clearly under pressure.
Ambitious and self-motivated.
Strong interest in the financial advisory market.
Thrive in a client facing environment.

Entrepreneurial spirit coupled with a desire to work in a team-oriented environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and foster a strong network of relationships.

University degree ideal but not required.

This is an employed, salaried position with an uncapped rewards structure.
